Registration

It's August 4th, 2014 from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. All students must register. A $20 book fee will be due at the time of registration for each student. Parents of children entering Kindergarten or ho are new to the district should bring their child's birth certificate, immunization records, proof of residency, and emergency contact information. Children entering Kindergarten and 6th grades must have a current physical and dental exam. Students entering the 2nd grade must also have a current dental exam. All students entering 6th, 7th and 8th grades must have a current Tdap booster on file. All medical forms are available under the School Forms link on this website and may be printed for your usage. Physicals and immunization records must be submitted by the first day of school, August 18, 2014!
