Kindergarten Registration

Registration for incoming kindergarten students for the 2016-2017 school year

will be held on Friday, April 1, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the school

office. Bring a certified birth certificate and proof of residency to registration.

A physical examination, up-to-date immunization record, verification of

lead screening, dental exam and eye exam will be necessary by the first

day of school. Forms will be available at registration or my be downloaded

from this website under 'Information, School Forms'.
